Women’s Lacrosse Edged at Fitchburg State
FITCHBURG, Mass. – Despite a game-high four goals from junior captain Maddy Allen , the UMass Dartmouth women’s lacrosse team could not overcome a deficit, falling at Fitchburg State University on Tuesday evening. The Corsairs move to 3-7 overall with the tough 14-10 loss. The Corsairs opened the game’s scoring at 13:56 of the first as junior attack Abby Pitts fired in a shot off a feed from midfielder Jennifer Lins .
