Women鈥檚 Golf鈥檚 Sweazy Named E8 Player of the Week
By: Mike Hogan, Athletics Communications Coordinator Women’s Golf | 3/31/2026 3:30:00 PM PITTSFORD, N.Y. 鈥� St. John Fisher freshman standout Emma Sweazy has been named Empire 8 Women’s Golfer of the Week following a strong performance in the McDaniel College Spring Invite at the Bridges Golf Club over the weekend. This marks Sweazy’s third E8 weekly honor of the 2025-26 season. Sweazy ended the two-round tournament in a three-way tie for third with a pair of Catholic University golfers, Lauren Wright and Gabrielle Courtney.
