Trent Beseth Named MIAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — St. Scholastica Track and Field thrower Trent Beseth (Stanchfield, Minn./Cambridge-Isanti HS) has been honored by the MIAC as the first Field Athlete of the Week for the outdoor season. It’s Beseth’s fourth MIAC Athlete of the Week honor overall this year (including the indoor season). Beseth won the discus throw at Saint John’s on Saturday. He won both the discus throw and the hammer throw at Hamline on Monday.
