Superior Sends Three to UMAC Weekly Award Honors
SAINT PAUL, Minn . 鈥� The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) revealed Tuesday its weekly award winners, and three Yellowjackets in Kyle Peterson (Brainerd, Minn./Brainerd) , Carson Wilhorn (Necedah, Wis./Necedah) and Bel Dimaze (Monticello, Minn./Spectrum) from the Yellowjacket track and field teams picked up conference plaudits. Peterson had a strong start to his outdoor career this weekend at the CSB/SJU Optimistic Invite. He set a new UMAC-leading time of 15.34 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles for first place before garnering another UMAC-leading mark of 10.97 seconds in the 100-meter dash.
