Strong Pitching Carries Hofstra To Win At Rutgers
Piscataway, NJ - Hofstra received solid pitching performances from starter Joseph Curreri and relievers Nick Reese and Maddon McArthur in a 3-2 victory at Rutgers Tuesday night at Bainton Field. The victory was Hofstra's second in a row and third in the last four games. The Pride improved to 9-14 with the win, while Rutgers slipped to 15-13. Curreri went the first 4 鈪� innings, allowing one run on six hits with three strikeouts.
