Softball Falls at Mount St. Mary’s in First of Two Midweek Tilts
EMMITSBURG, Md. – Coppin State's softball team dropped a midweek tilt at Mount St. Mary's, 10-2, on Tuesday afternoon at Our Lady of the Meadows Field. The Eagles fall to 2-16 on the season while the Mountaineers improve to 10-20. Aniyah Haley had two of Coppin's four base hits while scoring a run as Emily Quintero drove in a run while adding a single and a pair of sacrifices.
