RiverHawks close March in Pittsburg
PITTSBURG, Kan. -- Northeastern State wrapped its slate of tournaments in March, tying for 13th at the Pittsburg State Invitational. The RiverHawks battled the Tuesday winds and carded a 319 in the third and final round, finishing the event with a 945 (315-311-319). The tally tied with Bemidji State and Minnesota-Crookston and dropped NSU out of the top ten in the process. Among individuals, Nathan Biais led NSU by tying for 11th with a 227 (76-78-73), just missing the top ten by a stroke.
