NEW ORLEANS, La. – Following a series of strong performances at the season-opening SNHU Spring Open, the Plymouth State University outdoor track & field teams earned top-15 regional rankings as the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its first Track & Field Rating Index (TFRI) of the outdoor season this week.
