Ofield Claims Co-Medalist Honors as Men鈥檚 Golf Places Second at Belterra Classic
FLORENCE, Ind. — Competing in just his second tournament as a collegiate golfer, freshman Grant Ofield (Ada, Mich. / Forest Hills Northern) of the Wayne State University men’s golf squad garnered Co-Medalist honors at Cedarville’s Belterra Classic on Tuesday afternoon. Ofield, who tied with first-place Missouri S&T’s Rizq Adam Rohizam, helped lead the Warriors to a second-place showing among the 10-team field. “How about a congratulations to Josh (Lahner) and Grant (Ofield) today for playing so well,” said head coach Mike Horn .
