North Greenville Picks up Second Conference Win at Converse
Spartanburg, S.C. - North Greenville picked up a hard-fought 17-14 win over Converse on Tuesday at Weisiger Stadium, using a dominant third quarter to pull away. After trailing 4-2 at the end of the first quarter and 8-7 at halftime, the Trailblazers surged in the third, erupting for eight goals to take control of the game. Kami Straub led the offensive effort with four goals, including multiple man-up scores, while Aubree Mayse and Caroline Rider each added three goals.
