MONROE, La. – Samford junior Gabi Nicastro shot a school-record 10-under-par 62 in Tuesday's final round to earn individual medalist honors and the Bulldogs finished second as a team at the ULM Invitational, played Monday and Tuesday at Bayou Desiard Country Club. As a team, Samford finished with a three-round score of six-over par 870 (287-295-288) to place second in the 14-team field. The host school, Louisiana-Monroe won the event with a final score of 856 (284-293-279). Nicastro took first place in the 84-player field with a final score of 13-under-par 203 (74-67-62).
