Meystrik, Guimaray named CCAC Players of the Week
CHICAGO --- St. Ambrose swept the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tennis Player of the Week awards as Catherine Meystrik (Jefferson City, Mo.) won the women's award and Gabriel Guimaray (Lima, Peru) claimed the men's honor. Meystrik, along with teammate Julia Turek, provided the SAU women with its only victory in doubles play, a 6-3 win at No. 2, in a match versus Wartburg College (Iowa) last Wednesday.
