Lozano named HBCUAC鈥檚 Pitcher of the Week
NEW ORLEANS 鈥� Huston-Tillotson University's Sam Lozano was named the HBCU Athletic Conference's Pitcher of the Week, the league announced Monday as part of its weekly sports awards for performances the week of March 23 through 29. Lozano, a redshirt sophomore from Duncanville, Texas, was named the conference's Pitcher of the Week following his complete-game shutout of Philander Smith (Ark.) this past Saturday.
