Lily Hinkle Receives NEC Player of the Week Honors
BRIDGEWATER, N.J. 鈥� Junior outfielder Lily Hinkle of the Long Island University softball team received NEC Player of the Week honors on Tuesday, after helping guide the Sharks to a sweep of FDU over the weekend. Hinkle, a native of La Crescenta, California, impressed at the plate over the weekend, recording five hits in nine at-bats with two home runs, six RBI, two walks, and two stolen bases.
