Hawks upend Bears
POTSDAM, N.Y.鈥� SUNY New Paltz (7-3, 3-0 SUNYAC) defeated the SUNY Potsdam women’s lacrosse team (2-7, 0-3) 18-5 on Tuesday evening. Senior captain Megan MacWilliams (Parishville, N.Y./Parishville-Hopkinton) led the Bears with two goals and an assist. HOW IT HAPPENED The Hawks scored the first two goals of the game before sophomore attack Ava Murphy (Lisbon, N.Y./Lisbon) got the Bears on the board at 7:52.
