PROVIDENCE, R.I. – 10 Keene State College student-athletes were honored by the Little East Conference for their achievements accomplished for the week of 3/13-3/29. Softball Sophomore catcher Abby Weiterman (West Bend, Wis.) was named the LEC Player of the Week from her performance for the Owls in their 2-2 week. At the plate on the week Weiterman recorded five hits with three of them coming in the Owls’ comeback win at Smith College in game one, which included a pair of doubles.
