Hamilton, Nations card top-15 finishes at GFU Invite
MOLALLA, Ore. — Sophia Hamilton and Addison Nations carded top-15 finishes for Linfield women’s golf at the GFU Invite at Arrowhead Golf Club. The Wildcats placed fifth as a team with rounds of 369 and 358. Freshman Sophia Hamilton led the way in round one, firing an 85 highlighted by a birdie on the par three seventh hole. Hamilton shot 40 on the front nine each day, including finishing the tournament with three consecutive pars to shoot 87 in the final round, finishing in eighth individually.
