Falcons Ground Eagles Preview HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata women’s tennis team lost 5-2 to Messiah on Tuesday afternoon at the Raffensperger Tennis Courts. Medina Yessenaliyeva and Celia Navarro de Torres won 7-5 at first doubles; Nina Meadows and Katie Wagoner fell 6-2 at second doubles; and Emma Steinhoff and Laura Rojas were defeated 6-0 at third doubles. Yessenaliyeva won 7-5, 6-4 at first singles while Meadows battled her way to a 7-5, 4-6, 11-9 win at third singles. Juniata will return to action at home Friday against Landmark Conference opponent Elizabethtown.
