Daley Named Big South Freshman of the Week
FARMVILLE, Va. 鈥� Longwood lacrosse freshman Peyton Daley was everywhere on defense in Longwood's win against Winthrop over the weekend, and the Big South Conference recognized her as the Big South Freshman of the Week today. Daley had a monster game in the senior day win, recording five ground balls and four caused turnovers as the Lancer defense suffocated Winthrop and held the Eagles to seven goals in a 10-7 win.
