Chavez, Cowgirls Finish Third At Pine Dunes
FRANKSTON, Texas 鈥� Freshman Ariana Chavez placed third overall and the Hardin-Simmons women’s golf team finished third as a team at the Pine Dunes Invitational on Tuesday at the Pine Dunes Golf Club in Frankston. Chavez shot rounds of 79 and 78 for a 157 total. Fellow freshman Addison Payne shot 79-80 for a 159 total and also had a top 10 finish, tying for ninth.
