NORFOLK, Va. (March 31, 2026) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) unveiled its women's tennis weekly honors where Howard University freshman standout Franchesca Brown (Atlanta) claimed the league's Rookie of the Week award. The announcement came Tuesday afternoon. Brown, a two-time MEAC Rookie of the Week recipient, earned a singles win in conference play over North Carolina Central's (NCCU) Valeria San Miguel.
