LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- East Stroudsburg University women's track and field athlete Porschia Bennett was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday. Bennett earned the honor after a strong performance at Saturday's Danny Curran Invitational, where she placed first in the high jump with a clearance of 1.70 meters (5 feet 7 inches).
