Baseball Outpaced by Kohawks in Midweek Contest
DUBUQUE, Iowa 鈥� The University of Dubuque baseball team hosted Coe College for a midweek conference game on Tuesday afternoon and fell 11-6. Will Sullivan led the offensive effort, driving in two runs on sacrifice flies and another on a double. Coe plated an unearned run in the first inning, opening the game with a 1-0 lead. Alex Esser drove a ball into the gap and later scored on a sacrifice fly by Sullivan to tie the game at one after one inning. Coe scored two more runs in the second inning, one of which was unearned.
