#8 Heron lacrosse begins road trip at RIT
The eighth-ranked William Smith lacrosse team will be back in action on Wednesday, April 1, when it begins a five-game road trip at RIT. The opening draw in the key Liberty League contest is set for 4 p.m. The Herons improved to 8-1 and 4-0 in the Liberty League with a 19-6 win over Vassar on Saturday. Senior Taryn Luzi led William Smith’s offense with seven points. First-year Cat Colvin added three goals and one assist, while Senior Delaney Cassidy notched two goals and two assists.
