Wildcats slug six home runs but can’t hold off Gulls
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Sophomore Morgan Pelletier drove in six runs for the JWU (Providence) softball team in a doubleheader against Endicott College Monday afternoon in Conference of New England (CNE) action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex. Game One: Gulls 13, Wildcats 9 (8 inn.) Pelletier singled in the game-tying run in the bottom of the seventh to force extras, where the Gulls pushed across four runs in the eighth to take game one.
