Szymanski Picks Up Second United East Defensive Player of the Week Award
LATHAM, N.Y. 鈥� Senior Joe Szymanski (Easton, Md./Easton) was selected as the United East Conference Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week as announced by the league office Monday afternoon (Mar. 30). This is Szymanski's third career defensive player of the week award. The St. Mary's College of Maryland men's lacrosse team posted a 2-0 record last week on the road, taking down Southern Virginia University (March 24), 15-4, and handing Penn College (March 28) a 13-10 setback.
