MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – One day removed from being swept in their home opener, the Wesleyan softball team bounced back in a big way on Sunday in a doubleheader sweep of Hamilton. The Cardinals landed a convincing 8-2 win in game one before turning in a stellar defensive performance in a 3-1 win in game two.
