Sanju Patel Tallies Second UAA Men鈥檚 Track Athlete of the Week Selection
CHICAGO — University of Chicago sophomore Sanju Patel has been named the UAA Men’s Track Athlete of the Week, as announced by the University Athletic Association office on Monday afternoon. Patel ran a time of 14:24.30 in the 5000m Run to bring home a fourth-place finish at the WashU Distance Carnival on Friday night to open the outdoor season. The time for the sophomore biology and economics double major is a career best and ranks as the third-best time in UChicago history.
