KANSAS CITY, Mo.- Senior Omari Nesbit was named an NAIA First Team All-American, the first in program history, following a historic season for Battlin' Bear Men's Basketball. Omari Nesbit, a senior from Sacramento, California, capped his senior season with a First Team All-American honor, becoming the first All-American for Rocky Men's Basketball since Jared Samuelson was named a Third Team All-American. Nesbit averaged 17.9 points per game, scoring double-figures in 30 of his 33 games played this season, including a career-high 31 points in Rocky's First Round win over Simpson University.
