PACIFIC GROVES, Calif. – Savanah Christenson won the University of California, Santa Cruz Invitational Sunday as she edged out a player from Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) for the individual title which helped the University of Redlands women’s golf team to a third-place team finish with a 616 (314-302). Christenson shot a 146 (72-74) across the 36 holes. On Saturday she had three birdies and 12 pars as she was never worse than even on the day.
