Rock Hill, S.C. 鈥� Winthrop softball junior Emmy Cardenas has been named the Big South Conference Pitcher of the Week, announced Monday afternoon by the league office. Cardenas Made three starts last week with a complete game performance in game two of the Charleston Southern series. Opened the week starting at Queens and throwing two innings. She then started the series opener allowing three runs on five hits in three innings.
