Brake Named ASUN Player Of The Week
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – For the first time this season, a Jacksonville softball player has been named ASUN Player of the Week. Announced by the league Monday , graduate catcher Sarah Beth Brake was given the Player of the Week honor after helping lead JU at the plate in a three-game sweep of West Georgia. Brake combined for a 5-8 overall showing at the plate, with a double, two homers, three RBIs and four runs scored herself.
