Baseball does it all in doubleheader sweep of Pitt Greensburg
WAYNESBURG, Pa. (March 30) – The Waynesburg University baseball team took a break from Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) play on Monday by hosting Pitt Greensburg for a seven-inning doubleheader. The Yellow Jacket bats exploded for a combined 29 run as they swept the Bobcats by the final scores of 17-1 and 12-1. The 17 runs scored in game one were the most by Waynesburg (10-14) since scoring 23 against these same Bobcats (4-13) last year.
