Alspaugh Named PAC Newcomer of the Week
PAC Release TRAFFORD, Pa. 鈥� Michael Alspaugh (Venetia, Pa./Peters Township) of the Allegheny baseball team was named as the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Newcomer of the Week. In three games last week, Alspaugh hit .375 while also pitching four scoreless innings. At the plate, Alspaugh produced three hits in the Gators’ doubleheader sweep of Chatham. In game one, he had a pair of hits and stole two bases. The freshman also appeared twice on the mound.
