Women鈥檚 track and field opens the outdoor season at North Central
Naperville, Ill. 鈥� The Wheaton women’s track and field opened up the 2026 outdoor schedule this weekend with events at North Central College. On Friday, NCC hosted the Distance Fling and on Saturday the First Chance Invitational hosted more events. Wheaton took the top two spots in the women’s 100-meter dash on Saturday. Heidi Krekelberg won the event in 12.69-seconds and Rose Spagnolo was second in 12.88-seconds. Hannah Harris was second in the 200-meter dash on Saturday in 26.03-seconds.
