Women’s tennis falls to No. 12 Trinity
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee’s women’s tennis team fell to No. 12-ranked Trinity on Sunday morning, 6-1. Emma Foster and Lucy Lee won at two, 6-1, but Trinity took the doubles point with wins at one and three. Ivy Wilson picked up Sewanee’s lone point at two, with a 6-2, 6-4 against Lauren Tin. At one, Mariella Congeni won the first set 6-3, but dropped the second and third sets, 6-0, 6-3. Harper High fell at two, 6-3, 7-5, and Trinity added wins at four through six to secure a 6-1 win.
