Women’s Tennis Blanked by Georgetown
MERION STATION, Pa. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team hosted Georgetown on Sunday, falling to the Hoyas by a 7-0 score at the SJU Tennis Complex. HOW IT HAPPENED • Georgetown won the doubles point with wins in the first and second flights. Claudia Perez-Garcia and Brooke Tackett were level in the third flight when play was halted. • Wiktoria Czerny and Victoria Tracey both took the first set of their respective singles matches, but ultimately went down in three sets and a supertiebreaker, respectively.
