Women鈥檚 Golf opens spring at McDaniel Invite
WESTMINSTER, Md. 鈥� The Hood College women’s golf team wrapped up a 36-hole competition at the McDaniel Spring Invitational at the Bridges Golf Club with an eighth-place finish on Sunday afternoon. On the Scoreboard Keira Corcoran (Queenstown, Md./Queen Anne’s County) led the Blazers, finishing 24th overall after carding rounds of 99 and 89 for a two-day total of 188 (+44). Corcoran showed improvement in the final round, trimming 10 strokes off her opening score to cap the tournament and posted birdies on Hole 3 and 5.
