Wildcats Finish Outdoor Season Opener
Los Angeles, CA – Arizona Track & Field completed their first outdoor meet of the 2026 season this weekend with the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival and Jim Bush Legends Meet at UCLA. The Wildcats won three events and totaled 10 top-three finishes. Freshman Vincent Gwachi led the team this weekend, winning two events in the Men’s 800m and Men’s 5000m. Jett Kinder also brought back a win in the Men’s Javelin.
