Track and Field has strong showing at UAB Invitational
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. 鈥� The Augustana Vikings men’s and women’s track and field teams wrapped up competition at the UAB Spring Invitational on Saturday, adding several top-six finishes on the final day of action. The Vikings were once again led by strong performances in the throws, as Charlotte Frere delivered a standout effort with a first-place finish in the discus, recording a mark of 48.07 meters.
