Tigers defeat Rattlers 4-2, move to 5-0 in conference play
MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Jackson State's women's tennis team moved to 5-0 against Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) competition after handing the Florida A&M Rattlers a 4-2 loss on Saturday afternoon. Victoria Linkovski and Helen Hernandez earned the first win of the day for the Tigers with a 6-1 doubles win over Larrisa Silva and Genesis Whitlock. After the Rattlers responded with a 6-2 win at number three, they secured the doubles point in a close 6-4 decision at number two.
