Stars Outlast Cougars in Defensive Showdowns
River Forest, Ill. – The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) Cougars softball team were back at home to welcome their Division Street rivals, the Stars of Dominican University. In game one, the Cougars played great defensively, but it wasn’t enough as the Stars took game one, 6-5. In game two, both teams were hungry for the victory, but the Stars came out on top in game two, 4-2.
