Softball Sweeps Methodist on Alumni Day
RALEIGH, N.C. – William Peace softball earned a conference home sweep over Methodist on Saturday, taking both games on Alumni Day to improve to 13-9 overall and 2-2 in USA South play. The Pacers opened the day with an 8-6 victory, using a late comeback to secure the win. After trailing early, Peace tied the game in the fourth before taking the lead in the fifth on an RBI double from Allison Burlew.
