Pirate men edge Wildcats 4-3
SPOKANE, Wash. 鈥� Whitworth University claimed a hard-fought 4-3 win over visiting Linfield in a Northwest Conference men’s tennis match on Sunday at Scotford Tennis Center. The Pirates (9-4 overall, 8-2 NWC) swept the season series over the Wildcats (5-12, 5-6 NWC) with four singles wins. In a competitive doubles session, Linfield came away with the first point of the match.
