Nevada secures the series win over SJSU
RENO, Nev. 鈥� Nevada (24鈥�12, 6鈥�3 MW) took a 9鈥�3 win over San Jos茅 State (11-21, 3-6 MW) on Sunday afternoon at Christina M. Hixson Softball Park, securing the Mountain West series victory. Nevada took the 1-0 lead in the second inning with a solo home run from Saige Alfaro . The Spartans followed with two runs of their own to take the lead at 2-1 in the top of the third inning.
