Men’s Tennis Swept By Marist
Poughkeepsie, N.Y. — Niagara was swept by Marist 7-0 in men's tennis action Saturday. The Red Foxes clinched the doubles point with wins on courts one and two. Nick Suhanitski and Thomas Bevan defeated Logan Wong and Jose Maria Garcia, 6-1, at No. 1 doubles, while Fate Singh and Jose Catala handled Ekansh Shukla and Shravan Somasi, 6-0, at No. 2. The No. 3 doubles match between Ary Bhawan and Sarosh Rustomjee of Niagara and Marist's Alejandro Abella Fernandez and Dante Despontin was left unfinished at 4-2.
