Lions Roll to 2-0 in WCC Play, Extend Best Start Ever
MORAGA, Calif. — No. 58 LMU men's tennis earned a 4-1 road win over Saint Mary's on Sunday, pushing the program's best-ever start to 14-1. Saint Mary's claimed the doubles point, taking both No. 1 over Alex Padro Parra and Max Wuelfing 6-4 and No. 3 over Cyrus Ahmad and Darius Tamaddon 6-4. Emil Kindhult and Cesar Cruz put up a fight at No. 2, winning 6-3, but it wasn't enough to prevent the Gaels from taking the early lead. That was the only point the Gaels would score.
