Hofstra Takes Series With Walkoff Win Over Northeastern
Hempstead, NY - CJ Griggs' single up the middle capped a four-run Hofstra rally in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Pride defeated Northeastern, 11-10, Sunday at Univeristy Field. The victory gave Hofstra the CAA series win over the Huskies, with both win in walk-off fashion. Hofstra improved to 8-14 overall and 4-5 in the CAA with the win.
