Highlanders Outpace Mustangs in Final Matchup
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. 鈥� The UC Riverside Highlanders closed out its weekend at Cal Poly with a 4-2 victory Sunday afternoon at Bob Janssen Field. The Highlanders (4-23, 2-10 Big West) struck first in the opening inning when Leilani Juan doubled to right-center and Kayla Penor followed with an RBI double to put UC Riverside in front, 1-0.
