MOUNT VERNON 鈥� In a tune-up before starting conference play, the Rams took only three hours to finish off the sweep of Buena Vista (6-18) Sunday at Van Metre Family Softball Field. Cornell won both games by an identical 8-0 score in five innings. Lexi Ellermeier threw a complete game no-hitter in game one, allowing only three base runners.
